You agree to use Wildman AI’s services solely for lawful business purposes. Any misuse, including reverse-engineering, unauthorized automation, or interference with our systems, is strictly prohibited.

2. Consent to Communication

By submitting your information, you consent to receive SMS, emails, and other communications from Wildman AI. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to SMS or clicking “unsubscribe” in emails. We do not buy or rent lists — all contacts must originate from user-consented sources.

3. Account Responsibility

4. Messaging Compliance

Wildman AI complies with TCPA and A2P 10DLC messaging regulations. All outbound messaging is consent-based. Users must only upload contacts who have given prior express consent to be contacted. Violations may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, content, and branding belong to Wildman AI. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

6. Platform Availability

Wildman AI may occasionally pause or update features to ensure performance, security, or compliance. We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Fair Use

Bulk abuse, lead spamming, or excessive outreach without consent will result in account suspension or termination. We prioritize ethical use that respects end-users and platform integrity.

8. Liability Limitation

Our platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost revenue or data, from service use or downtime.

9. Termination & Data

Wildman AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination, access to your data may not be available.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. All disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
